Lined, flatline fire hose can also be used. Specialized foams designed for the suppression of petroleum fires, and hazardous spill cleanups can also be used with this system. This small but powerful compressed air foam system (CAFS) provides tremendous versatility, and mobility as a fire suppression system. It also serves as an important tool for cleaning up hazardous spills. Dual Tank RRU-30 - 60 Gallon Rapid Response Unit ![]() Dual Tank RRU-30 Dimensions H30" W42" L48" This Low Profile Dual Tank Compressed Air Foam system is our newest model. The operation is the same as all our our other Rapid Response Units (RRU units) but with some additional features. This unit has two separate 30 gallon tanks. They can be used simultaneously for a full 1,200 gallons of foam or you can use just one tank at a time. By using just one tank you have the other on standby to be used at any time. Our patented technology keeps all the foam ingredients separated from water until the unit is activated. Because of this unique technology our units can also be fitted for use with decontamination ingredients, oil spill solutions or a number of new solutions important to emergency response situations. As with our other CAFS units, it is totally self contained, operated with an easy one-lever operation. And no power source is required. Foam Tote: RRU-60 Gallon ![]() This fire suppression system is a compressed air foam system (CAFS). It is 48" inches in length, 34" wide and 38" high. It fits between the wheel wells of a pickup, on small trailers, pickups and some tractors. The CAFS capability gives it the versatility to develop a variety of foams. As with all our Foam Tote series, foam ratios are easily adjustable--and foam consistency can be quickly changed with slight adjustments. These totes have wide applications functioning as a fire suppression system; a fire prevention tool; and for hazardous materials cleanup. The fire professional will be amazed at the performance of this unit. For the nonprofessional, it is an excellent fire suppression and fire prevention tool that is easy to use and responds instantly upon demand. It comes with 50 feet of lined flatline fire hose. Foam Tote: RRU-120 Gallon ![]() This foam fire protection system operates the same as others in the Foam Tote series. The approximate dimensions are 7' feet in length, 3'2" high and 3'3" wide. Highly mobile, it fits onto a truck or trailer. It also serves as an excellent "fixed fire" protection system. Operation is quick and easy: a quarter turn of a lever completely activates the unit, automatically rapidly producing foam. Expanded water capacity makes this tote an excellent fire protection system choice that serves a wide range of needs and requirements for fire suppression and fire prevention duty. Fires can be attacked directly--or a blanket of foam can be produced to stop or reduce the chance of fire starts or the spread of fire from nearby fires. A blanket of foam can be quickly applied to fire prone areas of a home, to other structures, grass, brush, forest fuels and other flammable materials. The applications for this foam fire protection system are many. Five gallons of Class A or Class B foam is supplied with this system. It can use specialized foams for suppression of oil fires and hazardous spill cleanup. It is an ideal fire protection tool for the fire professional, farmer, rancher, home owner, and industrial fire protection personnel. It is supplied with 100' feet of flatline fire hose and ready to operate. All that is required before activation is to add water. The valve to the nitrogen cylinder can be locked in the closed position to prevent accidental discharge or tampering. Fire solutions provides Class A and Class B foam with each of these foam units. All of the RRU Foam Tote units operate with the same technology and effectiveness. Only the capacities are changed as the unit size is changed. All of the Fire Solutions foam systems will also develop and deploy many types of foams, such as those developed for hazardous spill cleanup, and biological hazardous remediation foams.
