Fire Trap 24/7 System:

This foam unit has 120 gallons of water and produces approximately 2400; (9084.99 liters), gallons of finished foam.

The integral placed fire breaker detection system is of the most recent fire and smoke detection technology. This detection system will activate the foam unit and summon help.

The detection unit is battery powered by a long term deep cycle battery with an internal battery backup with a charger. Options include a solar powered battery charging system.

The foam unit will activate within 30 seconds after the detection of fire or smoke. A warning light and buzzer will warn of impending activation and dial designated telephone numbers.

A foam powered rotating monitor will automatically disperse foam in a full circle or to a fixed or preset degree of arc. The foam unit may also be activated by personnel with a remote hand held device; panic button, or by manual movement of on/off valve.

A fire hose and foam spray device is included with the foam unit. Foam can be delivered to difficult access or potential fire locations. Personnel may use the foam unit as a regular fire suppression system with a hose and nozzle.

The foam unit will mix and deploy Class A, B and D foams. The foam type can be easily adjusted from very wet to very dry. Foam concentrate percentages can be adjusted from .01% to 5%.

The unit can be moved by hand or tow vehicle. A removable tow hitch is provided for towing the foam unit with an ATV or other motor vehicle. It is equipped with low profile leak proof, non highway, terra type tires. The primary axle is a heavy duty automotive type. The unit can be easily adjusted for needed applications; just set it and forget it. The customer has an option for either compressed nitrogen or compressed air.
